Umri
The logo
The four strokes in the symbol represent the essential elements of pottery: Soil, Water, Fire, and Air. These elements are fundamental to the art of pottery. The placement of the strokes is inspired by the idea of stacking pots one above another. As a whole, the symbol resembles both a 3/4 top view of a pot.
Colors of Umri
The color system of Umri draws deep inspiration from the rich, earthy tones of terracotta observed after the burning process, as well as the vibrant and authentic visuals of the village environment. The primary brand color was meticulously crafted to ensure a strong and recognizable presence across both offline and online media, providing a cohesive identity that stands out in diverse contexts. To complement this primary hue, an expanded palette of lively secondary colors was developed—these vibrant shades enable contextual flexibility, allowing for creative play and seamless communication across Umri’s varied offerings, including dynamic gradients and adaptable brand materials.
